Scope
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all purchase contracts between Wunderlab eU and consumers who purchase our products. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Wunderlab eU expressly agrees to their validity in writing. These GTC apply to both consumers and businesses, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Conclusion of the contract
The purchase contract is concluded when the customer places an order and we accept this order by means of an order confirmation. The order can be placed in writing, by telephone or by email. The purchase contract is concluded with the order confirmation.
Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. In addition to the prices stated, shipping costs may apply. You can find out more about shipping costs in the offers and during the ordering process.
Delivery
The delivery time is approximately 3-5 days, unless otherwise stated in the offer. If delivery is delayed due to force majeure or other unforeseeable events, we will inform you immediately.
Payment
Payment can be made in advance, by credit card or PayPal. If you choose to pay in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and will deliver the goods after receipt of payment. If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the order is completed. Any additional costs for certain payment methods are clearly stated in the ordering process.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a legal right of cancellation. You can find more information about this in our cancellation policy.
Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found on the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. We are only liable for simple negligence - except in the case of injury to life, body or health - if essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are violated. In these cases, liability is limited to the damage that is typical for the contract and foreseeable. Any further liability is excluded.
Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision. Contracts between us and you shall be governed exclusively by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at [ https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ ]. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
